Hi, My name is AJ Sampson of  Sampson and Associates.  Sampson and Associates is a network of real estate, finance and legal professionals that work together to solve the financial and real estate problems for homeowners and homebuyers. 

We serve all type of homeowners.  We provide the best solutions for homeowner that are in good shape financially.  We also help distressed homeowners that are facing financial difficulty, and free of charge, help them to understand and/or pursue their options for saving their homes from foreclosure so that their families can continue to live in the homes they've work hard for.  We can eighther buy their homes or help them to sell it if they can't afford the home and want to move out.  We also help non-distressed homeowners to sell homes when they have problems selling them on their own.  In many cases, the homes we buy are from individuals that are in pre-foreclosure, have a vacant home, or just want to sell fast for whatever reason.  Often these homes are in prime condition and do not need any kind of rehabilitation.  In some cases they do.

We then prepare the homes for resell and sell them to aspiring home buyers through one of our Home Ownership Programs.  Some homes are sold to investors.  Others are sold to pre-qualified buyers.  Then many are sold through special homeownershp programs to individuals that can afford the payments on a home, but just can’t qualify for a bank loan due to less than perfect credit or inability to document incomes.  In addition we also sell homes through conventional programs and we offer Lease with option to buy programs as well.
