Our primary investor program allows you (as the middle-man buyer) to invest in a home, while we do all of the leg work.  Imagine this...we do all of the research, make all of the calls and negotiate with sellers to find a good investment property for less than market value, allowing you to get at least $10,000 after closing.  Next, if you do not want to live in the home yourself (which most investors will not), we will do the advertising and screening to find the right end-buyer (or rent-to-own buyer, or renter, depending on your investement goals) who will purchase the home at or near market value, allowing you to make another $5,000-$10,000 at the final closing within two years.  With this program, you do not need the knowledge, money nor time that it takes to find, negotiate with and close deals with the right sellers and buyers.  We take care of it all.  We also take numerous measures to minimize the investment risk to you.  For example, we could set an investment deal for you where we ask you for NO MONEY DOWN upfront, we only accept a deal where you will get at least $10,000 upfront, and we only close the deal with the seller AFTER we find an end-buyer.
